Community Materials Review for K–5 Social Studies Adoption
Review Opportunities
Thursday, March 28th from 11:00am – 5:30pm
Friday, March 29th from 8:00am – 12:00pm
New course materials will be available for review at the Learning Services Center (Kittleson Room • 1620 S. Pioneer Way) for parents and community members to browse prior to adoption. Visitors will be provided an evaluation form to complete.
The instructional materials are currently being field-tested by teachers and all of those being considered have online resources. The adoption team will review field test evaluations and community feedback in April with the goal to make a final recommendation to the Board in May.
