Sangha FAQ for Parents

How do I sign on/sign up?

Parents will receive a Sangha email and/or SMS invite.
Parents on email should set up a password via the email invite before downloading Sangha Parent App from Apple's App Store or Google's Google Play Store.
Parents with the SMS invite can download the app and follow login instructions.
If you are just connecting to the Sangha Parent App using your cell phone number, you do not need to wait for an invite. Download the app and enter your cell phone number. If it says that the number does not match the number on file, please contact your child's school with the updated cell number.

Why can't I reply to teacher messages?

There are two types of messages that can be sent to parents within Sangha.
  • Announcements are one-way messages, no reply available.
  • Parent Messages are two-way conversations between the teacher and ALL parents involved with that student.

What do I do if I can't see all of my kids in the Sangha Parent App?

In Settings, you will find a Refresh All data button and a Logout button. If you are not seeing all of your kids in the app, try refreshing the data. If that doesn’t work, log out and back in. The third button in Settings is Report a Problem. Click that once you have tried the other two options.
