Continuing Leadership at Larson Heights: Dawn Sandhop Named Principal

Moses Lake, WA — Moses Lake School District is pleased to share that Dawn Sandhop has been named Principal of Larson Heights Elementary.
Since stepping into the interim role earlier this school year, Dawn has provided strong, steady leadership while building meaningful connections with students, staff, and families. Following that time and valuable input from the Larson Heights team, it’s clear that her leadership and commitment make her the right fit to continue leading the school forward.
As Scott West, executive director of safety & well-being, shared, Dawn’s dedication to student success, family engagement, and staff collaboration has been evident, and her leadership will continue to have a positive impact on the Larson Heights community.
“I am truly honored to be named the principal of Larson Heights Elementary. Serving as interim principal over the past few months has deepened my appreciation for this incredible school community,” said Sandhop. “I have greatly valued the opportunity to get to know the staff, students, and their families, and I look forward to continuing to build on those relationships as we work together to support every student’s success.”
Please join us in congratulating Dawn on this well-deserved opportunity!
