Technology Purchasing Process
Important Information
Any technology purchased outside of this process WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED, INSTALLED, OR SUPPORTED by the Technology Department. It will need to be returned for a refund.
Do not order technology through outside grants or donations without a Help Desk ticket and a purchase review/approval by Tech.

The following devices require a discussion with Tech about their purpose before purchase.
- iPads
- Tablets
- Printers
Please provide the following information in the Help Desk ticket.
- A budget code
- Specific information (Device type, hardware, software, color, function, etc.)
- Where the technology is going (If it's not for the person submitting the ticket)
- Additional instructions that tech may need in order to properly install/deliver the technology
